Delivery

Orders are dispatched by courier once payment has been received and cleared, and delivery is usually within three working days. Delivery costs £10 on the British mainland, otherwise by arrangement.

Returns and refunds

Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to return goods purchased over the internet, or by mail order or telephone, for a full refund, providing they are returned within seven days. Goods must be returned in original condition and in original packaging, at your own expense.

Warranties

We warrant goods to be free of defects in materials or workmanship for a period of 12 months from purchase (excludes fair wear and tear). Faulty goods should be reported to us as soon as possible, and if necessary returned to us for repair or replacement.
